Alimenta is an experimentation project conducted by me, into food waste
and biobased material. In this project, I tapped my ability in making
and I create an ad hoc material using food waste I daily produced. We
are continuing to make new products sourcing fresh raw materials while
we could create from our waste. We must create what is yet to come with
what is already here.

The outcomes question our notion of waste and production and show the possibilities of discarded materials.
